Tell us your backstory: What was your path to owning a business in Del Mar Village? Did you grow up here? Why did you choose Del Mar Village to set up shop?
Raised in Escondido and Valley Center, as a teenager, I loved driving to the coast and enjoying the beach for the day. Jakes at Del mar was my Dad's favorite place for a family dinner and for me, Del Mar has always had a feeling of casual opulence, so, the opportunity to open an office here felt like a dream. Every day is heaven.
Tell us about your business. What should people know about it? What makes it unique?
I'm in the people business and here to champion personal empowerment in the community and beyond. My work focuses on healthy and thriving minds and emotions which solves many problems, like weight issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, smoking, emotional spending and more. Through holistic mental performance coaching, emotional care and integrative behavior change I help my clients live happier lives. What makes my work unique is my expertise in clinical Hypnotherapy. I use a methodology I designed called, High Performance Hypnosis. It is a type of Hypnosis where the client is in complete control and tapped into their highest brain-body communication. I've helped businesswomen release weight and gain control over stress and anxiety, lessen alcohol consumption, golfers drastically improve their mental game and family relationships regain their love and communication by learning to manage their emotions more optimally. High Performance Hypnosis is remarkably effective. My left-brain attorney clients are always pleasantly surprised!
What is one product or service you are most known for or is particularly special to you?
My work is most known for the profound, experiential sessions I provide with High Performance Hypnosis whereas clients feel a burden lifted, and an intense clarity over life decisions.
Tell us one fun fact about your business most people don't know.
I've contracted with the United States Marines Corps performing and leading Hypnosis seminars and edutainment experiences since 1999. With 77 contracts fulfilled, the Marines hold a special place in my heart. I've performed Hypnosis on 90% of the bases in America, as well as South Korea, Japan and every base on Okinawa.
What do you love about Del Mar Village?
The stunning views and quaint shops and restaurants are the perfect combination of California bliss.
How would you spend the perfect day in Del Mar? Where would you go? What would you eat or do?
I have a loop that I love! It includes a run from 12th street to dog beach, then across the trail and train tracks, and up into the high-view streets to Crest. Then, back to my office on 12th street. I love to get my heart rate up while taking in that massive view. Afterward, a charcuterie from Beeside and a sparkling mocktail overlooking the ocean on my office Terraza.
