Del Mar Sustainability Efforts

With the proximity of downtown Del Mar to the ocean and the summer influx of tourists, DMVA is deeply committed to preserving our local ecosystem. Our latest sustainability initiatives are integral to our mission to reduce the environmental impact of tourism, promote ecotourism and engage our local community. We are excited to introduce three innovative programs:

• Water Refill Stations (Coming Soon) - These stations will provide a convenient way for residents and visitors to stay hydrated without the waste of single-use plastics.

• Community Cleanup Initiatives - Uniting our community, these initiatives foster collective action to keep our beloved coastline pristine.

• Del Mar ShoreSaver Program - A proactive effort to protect and maintain the natural beauty of our shores.
